How does Click & Collect work?

You can select the “In-store Pickup” option at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email and a second notification when the item is ready for collection. You can collect the order in person (presenting the order number, your full name and an identity document) or through another person authorised to collect the order on your behalf. In this case, the authorised person must present the order number and an identity document.
